Hello, I’m Tugce

I connect systems, people and possibility.

Tugce WaldronBased in Paris · Working internationally

I’m a Product Designer with four years of digital product experience, preceded by seven years in architecture.

I work across the full lifecycle—from framing and user research to journeys, prototyping, usability testing, delivery and iteration. At a leading French banking group, I collaborate in English and French across international markets in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Architecture taught me to navigate complex constraints, align multidisciplinary teams and keep intent connected to implementation. I bring that same systems perspective to digital products—without losing sight of the person using them.

Away from the canvas

Photography, French cinema, swing music and a very happy solo jazz dancer.

I grew up in Istanbul, volunteered in Bordeaux and now call Paris home. Changing cities expanded my horizons—and made adaptability one of my strongest tools.
